1. Absolute Wonder Woman (2024)
You’re going to see Absolute titles popping up frequently on this list. They essentially showcase DC superheroes reimagined in a darker world where certain things have changed. For instance, instead of being raised by Amazons in Themyscira, this Wonder Woman is raised in Hell by Circe and must find a way to save the world from a darker breed of monster.
2. Two-Face (2024)
Another offering by DC Comics, this run follows the titular character of Harvey Dent, better known as Two-Face. Just as he’s starting to find peace between his personalities, he decides to integrate himself into mediating conflicts in Gotham’s crime families.

3. Absolute Martian Manhunter (2025)
In this reimagining of Martian Manhunter, John Jones is an FBI agent plagued by visions and weird memories. It’s only as he begins to piece things together that he realizes who he truly is.
4. Power Rangers: Prime (2024)
Power Rangers are fondly remembered as a TV staple back in the day, and they’re still going strong in comic storylines. In this rebooted continuity, the new era of Power Rangers expands the Saban universe and offers a fresh new cast.

Published by Skybound Entertainment under Image Comics, Transformers comics have always hit hard. This series focuses more so on the emotional depth of the characters and the harsh reality of war.
9. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2024)
Published by IDW Publishing, this is a darker take on the Ninja Turtles. With Donatello trapped in a mutant zoo, the tone shifting is one of the high points of the series.
10. Batman & Robin: Year One (2024
They aren’t called the dynamic duo for nothing. This series explores the early days of Batman and his sidekick Robin, as they face off against a new and fun criminal called the General.
11. Space Ghost (2024)
Published by Dynamite Comics, this story follows a cosmic vigilante known as Space Ghost. He fights against corruption in the Galactic Federation territories, offering commentary on greed in the setting of space.
